Extremely helpful staff at the Selkirk location!
I've got nothing against this particular location, but its best to avoid Rogers if possible. In my opinion.
Quick to tell you to upgrade even if your two year contract is only five months old.
I do my best to not have to go to this store even though Winnipeg stores are another half hour travel. Usually do my stuff online now. One girl in particular is so rude. There's a guy who is quite helpful. Often don't answer the phone, take several tries to get through. Why bother??
Was awful. Said online there was a deal for $99 turned out it was really for $400. Customer service was terrible, got dirty looks from one of the workers , hard to deal with. Never going there again, made my actually want to switch from Rogers to anywhere else because of how bad the service was.
