Very informative and no BS. Staff were very helpful and funny. As someone whos not phone savvy, I felt things were well explained and options as well as prices were clear.

Very poor service, they don't seem to care about your needs just tell you to call customer services.
Very slow service and employees seem to not know what they are doing.
Impossible to get a hold of, they don't return your calls, and don't know what theyre talking about half the time. Would be better off calling head office tech support for anything
