Recently, an apartment/townhouse complex in Winnipeg caught fire. Multiple people and families lost their home and everything in it. One Insurance decided they wanted to capitalize on this unfortunate tragedy, and advertise their business on social media claiming that they only want to raise awareness about tenants insurance. If that was the case, they would have posted links to multiple insurance companies to their post OR even had their employees post personally to raise awareness without bringing it back to their company specifically.This action is very insensitive, ignorant and tactless. It just shows that this companys priorities are about making a buck, and NOT the people. I strongly recommend choosing another company for your insurance needs.
