Really enjoy this gym! The workouts are efficient, so I really can't make any excuses not to go. I love the personable staff, they really took the time to go over everything with me and answer all my questions during my initial training visit. You can tell they take time with each member so that it is a positive experience from the beginning. The yoga was like no yoga I have experienced. Small classes, so I wasn't left alone wondering if I was holding a position right, the instructor also offered personalized positions for my needs. I absolutely loved the lemongrass towel at the end.
