I went in to make copies, was told 10 cents a copy. So i loaded a card for the amount i needed. Went to use the machine and found out it is actually 11 cents a copy and they didn't take into consideration when i purchased the card to add the gst And pst. I didn't have time to go reload the card. Ended up leaving without everything i needed.Now i have a card with 5 cents on it.
Dropped by one evening at 8. Store was closed but supposed to be open until 9. I was going to buy a tablet $300+. Went somewhere else.
buy some great stuff here and love them dearly, tech people tend to try to add stuff without telling you if you bring something in, so just make sure you pay for what you ask, as well hours suck, can't get before school, or after work, plus they normally like to leave before there close time.
There is a very good selection of products in the store and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The computer staff are also knowledgeable and helpful. It is always easy to find what you are looking for. The store never seems busy with customers so I hope that they stay open for the long haul.
Bought an Asus Rog gl703 from this location and it was slow, terrible and, I was mislead about the price by staff.I will be returning the fire hazard they sold me tomorrow morning.Unbelievable that they would sell me something that is overheating so terribly bad, promised a discount on office that wasn't honored. Take the drive and go to best buy!
